Job Description▪Support the achievement of confection and vulcanization control targets according to internal and external customer expectations.
▪Support the strategies to improve indicators related to the confection and vulcanization process, including aspects such as investments, parameters, etc.
▪Implement investments for project/product specific tooling and devices related to the confection and vulcanization process according to standards.
▪Initiate and implement continuous improvement activities in confection and vulcanization management by applying CBS methods and training measures;
▪Interface with segments to gather local confection and vulcanization management requirements, demands, and other feedback;
▪Participate in global or local confection and vulcanization management-related and cross-functional projects;
▪ Support that financial targets related to confection and vulcanization are achieved;
▪ Initiate and purpose cost saving projects;
▪ Conduct confection and vulcanization process testing and initiate the production process, ensuring smooth transition to full-scale production;
▪ Support customer specific releases for confection and vulcanization (PPAP) and handle initial sample test reports after product or process changes;
▪ Revise production specifications for confection and vulcanization, including process characteristics and parameters;
▪ Collaborate with R&D to ensure the successful confection and vulcanization process, providing feedback and implementing necessary adjustments;
▪ Control the parameters of the process of confection and vulcanization, such as speed, temperature, pressure, etc;
▪ Monitor and ensure the quality and availability of the final products of confection and vulcanization;
▪ Address customer complaints and reduce reject rates by proactively solving quality issues related to confection and vulcanization process, in close cooperation with the Quality department, following established standards;
▪ Identify and implement opportunities for optimizing confection and vulcanization processes, focusing on quality, efficiency, and capability;
▪ Adjust process parameters such as confection speed, curing temperature and pressure, etc;
▪ Develop and deliver training programs for stakeholders on confection and vulcanization processes, ensuring they are well-informed about best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards;
▪ Support the confection and vulcanization process (KPI) monitoring and reporting;
▪ Initiate and control measures to improve process industrialization performance;
▪ Support the update of process FMEA for his process based on local conditions and standards;
▪ Ensure strict adherence to established procedures and protocols for his process, maintaining consistency and compliance with quality and safety standards;
▪ Support the update production flow charts, control plans, and work instructions for his process in collaboration with Quality, following standards from R&D and application engineering;
