Responsible for coordinating, planning, organizing, and implementing product development activities for new and revised products. Builds and supports all product and services data on multiple systems for order fulfillment. in multiple channels Provides product line and systems expertise to ensure data integrity for new and revised products/services. Completes quality assurance testing for all system changes. Analyzes data to ensure objective decision making and effective issue resolution.
Manages the implementation of new and 'like as' products related to specific product lines (Checks, forms, labels, etc) taking direction from Product Marketing and Product Engineering. Facilitates meetings and coordinates team deliverables. Determines required product information and analyzes data for accuracy and completeness. May specialize in particular area such as product personalization or systems implementation.
Coordinates and builds product data on all systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, SAP, MDM, MOM, POMS, BSINET, CI, BPCS, etc.) required for successful product delivery in multiple channels (e.g., SBS, FS, DFS, Safeguard, Fossler, DFS) This includes building and maintaining product attributes, imprint specifications, product specifications, pricing, bills-of-materials.
Documents product changes throughout the product lifecycle including new product launches, harmonization, brand changes, plant changes, supplier changes, material dispositions, etc. Ensures that product documentation and product change history, follows process standards and is properly archived and available for compliance audits.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelors and 2 years experience or HS/GED and 6 years experience in product data systems and processes.
Knowledge of Visio, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Strong knowledge of Lean concepts and tools. Thorough knowledge of Product Quality Testing and issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education and Experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills.
