**Product Information Expert & Process Optimization Specialist - this is your mission!** This position combines expertise in product information management, process optimization, and data quality to ensure accurate and efficient data practices within the organization. As Product Information Expert & Process Optimization Specialist you have the following responsibilities: Product Information Expert: + Maintain relevant master data information for publication in GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network), following the latest GS1 standards. This includes ensuring that product information is readily available for customers, delivered in a timely manner, and meets the required quality standards. + Participate in GS1 meetings (BeLux + NL) to discuss changes in data model and policy. Ensure changes in Benelux data model are communicated & implemented in Nestle organization and system applications. + Be the main point of contact for GDSN-projects for Nestlé Belgilux within zone Europe. + Verify errors / warnings in data GDSN based on the GS1 rules / audit and correct + find proactive solutions to avoid these errors. + Responsible for testing in GDSN, document outcomes and highlight issues + Calculate on basis of product master data info the relevant tax components & ensure maintenance of these components in the relevant tools and do the timely declaration of the excise duties for Nestlé Waters. + Reconcile the excise duty declarations of 3rd party (Distrilog) with our sales & tax calculations (Coffee Business).
