As part of the global Product data team you will contribute to create Product Catalogues for several countries in online and offline formats. In this role you will cooperate with different cultures from various teams such as Product Management, Marketing, R&D and Sales. While working "hands-on", you will get as well the possibility to make an impact while supporting data quality improvements, process harmonization and portfolio streamlining.

Place of work is Hamburg, Germany or any other BFS location.

What will you be doing:

Maintain the Product Catalogue in cooperation with Product Marketing / R&D, ensuring updates in the Eggheads PIM systemHandle the production of local catalogues in collaboration with local sales units, from planning the task to exporting the finalized cataloguesServe as the PIM Champion for a specific region, facilitating stronger connections with local business units and better understanding regional product data requirementsIdentify and escalate data quality issues to responsible teams to improve external data quality scoresProvide support for agreed-upon projects related to Product Data, Marketing, Sales, IT, and other functions

What will you need:

Degree or professional education in Business, Information Management, Marketing or related field is preferredStrong attention to details, analytical mindsetProactive mindset to identify opportunities and threats to improve processesGood interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Knowledge of Power BI / Power Query is an advantageFirst experience in a related field (Product Information Management, Product Data Management) is appreciatedFluency in English is required
