**Position Description:** The Product Manager to lead and oversee the innovation, development, and management of our product strategies. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the aerospace industry, advanced product management trends, and a proven track record of successful product management and implementation. This position is also responsible for winning funding from external sources to develop technology into new product lines, and to generate profit from the execution of externally funded projects. **Responsibilities:** Product Strategy and Development + Develop and implement the company's product strategy to support business goals. + Lead and inspire the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. + Oversee the development and execution of product projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. + Responsible for maintaining a technology roadmap or development pipeline in coordination with the Product Manager Market Analysis and Research + Collaborate with executive leadership to define and prioritize innovation initiatives. + Monitor and analyze market and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive. + Identify and evaluate new product opportunities and their potential impact on the company/industry. Innovation and Improvement + Drive innovation within the organization by encouraging the exploration of new ideas and technologies. + Lead research and development efforts to create cutting-edge solutions for our customers. + Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the product management team.
