Key Responsibility And Accountability Acting as voice of the customer and ensuring their needs are considered and represented in all strategic decision-making Understand and visualize the data and make steady state dashboards and build models to improve the performance of the company. Perform ad-hoc analysis to help business leaders take long term strategic and day-to-day tactical decisions Identify new opportunities for the company’s growth Ensure that the set- up, design, analysis and reporting remain up-to-date and relevant to the business, including use of new tools and resources Proactively seek out trends and new insights within the program data and using this to inform, guide and drive key business decisions and opportunities Continuously evaluate, analyse and communicate results for our markets, highlighting key trends, patterns, areas for development and what this means to the relevant departments and senior management Conduct business analysis, review existing processes and deliver new solutions Work closely with internal stakeholders and manage coordination and communication Ensure tasks are delivered on-time and within scope Skills and Competencies Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or other analytical fields 3-4 years of hands-on experience with statistical/ programming language- R, Python and SQL/Big Query is a must Experienced in data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Excel Exposure in media/e-commerce industry is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Curious with an enquiring mind and strong problem-solving skills Ability to articulate strong connections between customers, brands and market trends Ability to analyse, interpret and distil continuous data (including from various sources), and present findings in a clear and actionable way, and deliver insights to the business that informs decision-making and guides strategy and planning
