Product Launch Manager
Overview

The Product Launch Manager will play a critical role on the Crocs Inc. digital go-to-market team, orchestrating new product launches globally. They will be responsible for end-to-end project management, identifying core issues and key areas of opportunity to streamline the New Product Implementation process.


They will correspond with numerous cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Legal, Design, Category Management, and Technical Operations to ensure product launches meet key deadlines for both the Crocs and HEYDUDE brands. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate optimally in ambiguous environments.

What You'll Do Map and define end-to-end New Product Implementation process, identifying project milestones and key contributors. Partner with Ecommerce Technical Operations team to evaluate and implement a new Product Information Management (PIM) platform. Gather and deliver onsite product components (imagery, product descriptions, translations) to global merchandising teams. Collaborate with legal team to make sure product descriptions abide by all global regulations. Maintain and update daily status tracker for upcoming new product launches, ensuring all information is accurate including but not limited to, embargo dates, imagery availability, and product descriptions. Manage and assign daily issue tickets within Jira Kanban board to appropriate contributors and communicate delays to impacted departments. Develop and put in place a successful project management triage process to tackle incomplete project achievements and bring up business critical issues. Conduct weekly status calls with Ecommerce Tech Ops, Category Managers, and Merchandising to ensure projects are meeting deadlines and important achievements. Proactively identify risks to project completion and advance issues to key collaborators. Provide weekly executive progress reports to leadership. Consult with partners to determine areas of opportunity for program improvements and increased efficiencies.  What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, project management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: New Product Implementation/Introduction, Digital Commerce, Onsite Merchandising, Project/Program Management. Experience in Salesforce and/or Shopify commerce platforms strongly preferred. Experience in Centric or similar assortment software strongly preferred. Experience in Content Hub, Cloudinary, or other digital asset management platforms strongly preferred. Experience managing and/or implementing Product Information Management (PIM) systems. Strong organizational and project management skills. Strong communication skills, written, oral and presentation. Strong collaborative approach and attitude. Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.

Title: Product Launch Manager 

Salary or Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
