Job Responsibilities

As the Launch Owner for iC7-Automation, you will play a critical role in maximizing ramp-up and driving a successful launch. You will work to ensure a seamless transition for existing customers and partners to our new drives, minimizing conversion loss. Collaborating closely with customers, KAM management, partners, product managers, and more, you will:

 

Lead the most significant product launch in Danfoss's history, driving its success from planning to market adoption. Define launch scope and objectives. Develop and manage the launch plan, including timeline, budget, and resources. Work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Track progress and report on key metrics. Ensure successful market entry and adoption while securing necessary approvals. Be based at our main factory in Graasten, ensuring close collaboration with the Product Management and R&D teams to strengthen the connection between launch and product evolution. Background & Skills

You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant marketing education. You are a decisive team player with a positive attitude and the ability to influence and navigate among internal and external stakeholders in a global organization. You are results- and performance-oriented and bring passion to your work. Additional qualifications include:

 

Strong organizational and planning skills with a structured approach. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to adapt to varying needs. Excellent English communication skills. Experience with product launches or marketing campaigns in a global organization (preferred). Flexibility and willingness to travel to support customers and sales teams worldwide.
