Responsibilities:
Identify product gaps, leveraging customer needs, pain points, use case and trends to help build a roadmap of solutions that will drive improvements in customer experience, improve market share, and drive growthTranslate product vision and strategy into product specifications and requirements and drive alignment across business and market stakeholdersWork with internal stakeholders (e.g., contracting, sales, clinical, marketing, technology, regulatory affairs) to implement and deliver the product and work cross-functionally with matrix partners across the enterprise to support training, best practices, and shared opportunitiesIndependently take steps necessary to understand the needs and nuances of the aligned markets and clients to define the product and product strategyCollaborate with stakeholders to identify the right Go To Market and pricing strategies for the various productsBusiness analysis, including financial and data modeling – market segment analysis, business case, forecasting; continuously evaluate metrics to ensure all activities are in line with overall product strategyQualifications:
Should possess a bachelor’s degree; preferably in the areas of Finance, Economics, Healthcare or Business related. Significant industry experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. MBA or MHA preferred.5+ years of proven product management experience to include managing successful product definitions, product executions, market analysis, business case development, launches, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch management required.Demonstrated experience in product management or related disciplines within the healthcare industry required.Experience with end-to-end product delivery, including feature delivery and tradeoffs (prioritization) and contributing to engineering & technology strategy discussions required.Proven experience working backwards from the customer problem or opportunity with the ability to identify customer needs, pain points, use cases, trends, and related services to help build product roadmaps required.Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working with and influencing senior leaders required.Ability to work in a complex, environment with cross-functional teams.Experience with MS Office.Superior problem solving , decision making, and negotiation skills required.High energy, self-managed, self-starter; thrives in a constantly changing, ambiguous environmentIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 106,400 - 177,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
