With a clear focus on acquiring new investors and attracting fresh money from our existing clients. We want to differentiate ourselves in the market and grow our investor basis substantially.

To realize this ambition, we are looking for a Product Lead Business Intelligence who will lead our business intelligence team. In this role, you will take charge of transforming how we leverage business intelligence to elevate reporting, dashboarding and lead management capabilities for investments. You ensure that critical insights flow seamlessly throughout the investment domain, empowering decision-makers.  

The team

You lead a growing team consisting of a combination of Customer Journey Experts and Data Analysts. You report to the Lead Business Development Investments. You and your team work in a hybrid way with dedicated office days.

Key responsibilities

Reporting: you and your team develop and maintain a suite of detailed reports tailored to the audience and in line with business requirements, you automate where possible and are flexible for ad-hoc requests

Dashboards: Design and implement interactive dashboards that offer real-time visibility into KPIs, sales performance and client behaviour

Lead generation: generate data driven leads and monitor lead generation processes and outcomes by refining strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Drive business and strategic decisions: you actively create and develop insights to support the investments strategy and use data to create insights to enable the leadership team to take informed decisions

Seamless integration: foster collaboration with other departments (e.g. Data Management, Customer Interactions) by integrating data from various sources, creating a unified and accessible data ecosystem that enhances overall business intelligence capabilities and consistency across the organization

Compliance with data regulation, governance, privacy and security policies: you ensure the data we use and reporting we create are compliant with regulatory and internal compliance standards

Key Objectives

Act as thought leader for Business Intelligence within Tribe Investments, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization and championing the role of business intelligence in decision-making and strategic planning

Take ownership of transforming how we leverage business intelligence to elevate reporting, dashboarding and lead management capabilities

Enhance efficiency and work effectiveness for bankers through clear reporting and qualitative data-driven leads

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience, preferably within business intelligence and/or investment services.

Data translator, able to capture business requirements and deliver required reporting, insights and interpretation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex insights in a clear and concise manner

Ability to plan and prioritizes work of Business Intelligence team to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals

Functional analysis, Experience with Power BI, Cognos, SQL and data visualization techniques

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
