We are looking for an exceptional Lead Product Manager (PM) who can inspire action towards a better world while driving scalable business growth. As PM Lead you will be responsible for defining and delivering product strategy and roadmap, working with multidisciplinary team members across design, engineering, business and corporate stakeholders to drive product-market-fit.

\n

In this role you will:

\n\nDevelop and execute short-term and long-term product strategy to achieve business objectives and growth targets, from launch to scale \nAct as the voice of the customer in defining innovative digital products and solutions \nBe a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible \nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept-test and drive outcomes \nDevelop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps and ensure on-time delivery \nGather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing \nDevelop venture materials (business case, pitches, demos) to communicate progress to key stakeholders \nProvide insights into product, technology and market trends \nMonitor and report on product KPIs \n\n

You should have:

\n\n7+ years’ experience building products end-to-end using agile methodologies \nExperience building digital products for early stage ventures as a founder or founding team member\nSolid understanding of product fundamentals including market analysis, MVP and product-market fit, positioning, go-to-market, pricing, testing, iterating based on feedback, legal, operations and finance \nExperience building Enterprise SaaS products in web, mobile and hybrid web app formats\nFamiliarity with GTM and commercialisation \nFamiliarity working in professional services or navigating complex stakeholder setups in corporate environments \nFamiliarity working with cross-functional “pods” of engineering, PM, design and commercial \nStrong communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills \nAbility to think creatively, strategically and resourcefully \nA diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition \nBonus points if past experience working in HRTech, Wellness or related fields\n\n
