About the role:

At Collective we are building first-of-its-kind, category-defining AI-enabled financial back-office to help millions of solopreneurs start and run their businesses. As the Product Lead for Onboarding & Business Formation you’ll be bringing to life intuitive and seamless onboarding experiences that get our customers to their first magical “aha” moments with Collective as well as help our customers realize their entrepreneurial dream by helping them with business formation (LLC, PLLC, S Corp)  - from getting a company tax ID (EIN), filing compliance forms with various state & federal agencies, making appropriate tax elections and more.

As the product lead you will set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lead execution for your area. You will help your product development team navigate uncertainty with structured thinking & communication, make decisions with strong product & analytical sense, and be highly effective at execution & knocking down barriers.

⚒️Responsibilities: Own the vision, strategy, implementation, and customer & business outcomes for Onboarding & Business Formation product area  Lead and inspire an XFN team (design, engineering, operations, legal, sales & marketing etc.) to ideate on and ship innovative experiences Deeply understand business and product performance to ensure the team is focused on the highest leverage opportunities that balance long term growth with immediate business needs Manage the roadmap and team processes to enhance quality and velocity of execution, make tradeoff decisions between business priorities and available resources   Drive effective partnership both cross-functionally, across product teams, and external partners to ensure the team is effectively strong business outcomes  Define the framework and metrics to measure the impact of the team; deeply understand the core drivers and monitor progress​​
