PRODUCT LIABILITY ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - JUNIOR TO MIDLEVEL

Our client, a leading international AmLaw 50 firm and recognized as one of Fortune's Best Places to Work, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Product Liability practice group in Seattle, Washington.

 

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials. Active Washing state bar license. At least two years of litigation experience. Federal clerkship experience is preferred. Experience representing consumer brands and aviation products, or in mass torts disputes is highly valued. Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal services in high-stakes litigation involving flagship consumer brands and aviation products. Represent national and international manufacturers in critical, company-defining matters. Work collaboratively within a team of over 70 specialized attorneys across multiple offices. Handle complex legal issues related to product liability and mass torts.
