We are looking for a Controller within our Heat Exchangers business. Your main focus will be on providing financial support, as well as challenging the management and functions. You will be at the center of our financial planning, controlling and management reporting.

Job Responsibilities
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
Analysis and controlling of monthly results, preparation of management information Support the line organization in areas of finance and drive cost awareness Ensure transparency, predictability and stability in the financial results to support decision making. Business analysis across the value chain - e.g. presenting financial performance results, policies and recommendations enabling appropriate business decisions. Facilitate and drive continuous improvement within the organization. Background & Skills
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field 1+ years of experience in finance and controlling Strong communication and collaborative skills together with the ability to guide, influence and convince others. As a person you are a team player who is used to work successfully in a matrix environment. You are highly motivated by improving financial performance, well organized and efficient. Understanding of ERP and BI systems Fluent and comprehensive English
As a person, you like to be hands-on and possess strong analytical skills. You have a high degree of integrity and it is easy for you to translate financial information into an accessible language to colleagues. You have natural drive for results and a proven track record serving as an entrepreneurial business partner to senior management within an international organization, with increasing responsibility in financial management.
