YOUR ROLE Manage the responsible product portfolio in the region, focus on strategic product management work. Keep stakeholders up to date on relevant product changes; manage product switches efficiently Interface with Marketing, Product Development, Application Engineer, Purchasing, Operation and Supply Chain. Lead product portfolio and product lifecycle management, support new product launch, product complexity management to maintain the healthy product portfolio. Drive profitability improvement, product cost management for both new and commercialized products, low & negative margin management, initiate product localization projects to continue improving the profitability. Execute Portfolio Optimization proposals in alignment with local Sales Team Conduct price analysis based on market conditions, competition, with regional policies; collaborate with the Price Manager and team to recommend adjustments, maintain margins, update price lists, and manage approvals Analyze product portfolio by using Henkel tools and processes Support management of regional product portfolio and consequently manage product portfolio complexity Manage master data processes and data maintenance Support other global and regional projects, such as Cost Optimization, Master Data, Process Improvement etc. 

YOUR SKILLS BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering or in a relevant field Min 5 years of relevant experience in an B2C and/or B2B marketing or product management Good knowledge of project management Excel master, SAP user and Power BI professional is plus. Strong business acumen to drive sales growth and profitability improvements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
