Product Management position will be in the Retail Flash Business division, managing a Flash Memory product lines. Opportunity to create new products, develop & execute product line strategy, work across teams from Sales, Marketing, Product Leads and System Engineering to bring new storage products to life.

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Product Line Manager with expertise in the flash, memory, and storage industry, particularly in the consumer retail space. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, development, and market execution, ensuring alignment with company goals while meeting consumer demand. You will be the product advocate and expert, guiding cross-functional teams and delivering innovative products that stand out in the competitive retail market.

Product Strategy and VisionDevelop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives.Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and business impact.Define technical product requirements and user scenarios to guide development.Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.Provide clear direction, fostering a collaborative environment across departments.Market Research and AnalysisConduct research to identify emerging trends and customer needs, using data-driven insights to shape product decisions.Monitor competitive positioning and update strategies quarterly to ensure market relevance.Customer FocusChampion the voice of the customer throughout the development cycle.Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and prioritize enhancements.Business Case Development and Performance MetricsPresent data-backed business cases to senior management to secure investments for new products and technologies.Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and iterate based on performance data.Marketing and PositioningContribute to product positioning, value proposition, and differentiation strategies for flash and memory products in the consumer market.Develop marketing collaterals such as product briefs, pitch decks, and user manuals tailored for retail channels.Profitability and Cost ManagementUnderstand product line costs, including BOM details, and lead efforts to increase product profitability.Continuously optimize product performance to meet financial goals and market demand.

Qualifications5+ years of product management experience in the flash, memory, or storage industry, with a focus on consumer products in retail.Strong technical knowledge of NAND flash memory technologies, storage solutions, and semiconductor industry trendsProven track record in developing and launching successful consumer-focused flash storage products (USBs, portable SSDs, Memory cards).Proficiency in financial modeling, product lifecycle management, market research and competitive analysisExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skillsStrong business acumen with experience in building business cases and presenting to leadership.Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels·Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, industry events, and team collaborations
