DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Responsible for stakeholder management for both internal and external customers to articulate partner needs through documented business requirements, and to determine technical feasibility and designs for launching new partner functionalities. Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet product and partner goals. Serve as a subject matter expert for base product functionality, partner customizations, and relevant travel industry benchmarks. Present the base product roadmap to partners on a regular cadence. Gather and analyze the voice of customer and partner feedback. Responsible for user acceptance testing and product demonstrations of new product features with internal stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Management, Product Owner/Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Management, Product Owner/Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products; Conducting stakeholder and user analysis; Maintaining product roadmaps; Maintaining product backlogs; Translating business requirements into deliverable features; Documenting epics, features, and user stories; Ensuring that developed features meet acceptance criteria; Maintaining documentation for change and release management; Evaluating impacts and driving user adoption of new product features; Performing data analysis to determine product increments and features in the roadmap; Managing in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues; Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators, objectives, and key results; Scrum; Agile; SQL queries; SQL scripting; APIs; Jira; Confluence; Figma; and Tableau.
