The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2001. More than 4000 engineers are working together on numerous complex automotive products from every side of vehicles. As an unique location you can recognize various fields of engineering from software to mechanical or hardware product development. Job DescriptionYour tasks:
► Managing Change and Lifecycle: oversee change management activities (CR/ANDI process) and provide lifecycle management support across all product categories, ensuring the smooth implementation of adjustments, e.g. in scope of delivery and overseeing artwork changes such as type labels, packaging, and manuals
► Supporting Series and Product Segments: steer the coordination of series support topics across all product segments, handling necessary adaptations due to component changes, legal requirements and managing ratio activities to ensure consistency in product offerings.
► Database Management: take charge of managing central Product Management databases, including systems like SPOT, PQ database, and part number management, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the team.
► Coordinating ESG Requests and Implementations: manage ESG requests, including coordinating recycling-related packaging/product data requests from customers, ensuring that all environmental requirements are met.
► Leading Cross-Product Segment Projects: oversee cross-product segment projects in close collaboration with Product Managers and Product Owners. These projects may involve legal and regulatory changes, sustainability roll-outs, and product relocation activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
► Supporting Launch and Delivery Releases: collaborate with MT plants and buyout teams to execute additional launch and delivery releases, ensuring timely product introductions and updates to the market.
►Assisting with Version and Variant Management: support Product Managers in managing different product versions and variants, including handling regional executions, packaging versions, and ensuring that product adaptations meet local market needs.
Qualifications► Few years of relevant experiences from admin area (logistics, project management, admin, product or project management experience on basic level is beneficial)
► Upper level English
