Position: Product Management Co-op (Spring/Summer 2025)

 

Location: Seneca Falls, NY

 

Major: Mechanical Engineering or similar

 

Academic Schedule: January to August 2025, full-time, 40 hours per week

 

About the Experience: Our ITT Goulds Pumps co-op candidates have the unique opportunity to work for one of the most recognizable pump brands in the world. They will obtain firsthand experience in the design and manufacture of engineered to order, high specification industrial pumps and monitoring equipment. Our top business and engineering professionals will offer guidance and mentorship for each candidate.

Essential Responsibilities Data mining and reaching out to agencies, gathering data from internet, talking directly to subject matter experts, etc. Developing voice of the customer (VOC) surveys and questionnaires to develop product and market directionsAssist in the implementation of VOC surveys and questionnairesAssist in assembling business case materials and draft business documentsPerform data gathering and analysis tasksWork on standardizing existing tools to allow for more efficiencyCreate collateral to be used in social media, internet, and print advertising Position Requirements Junior/Senior who is pursuing a degree in engineering (mechanical is preferred)Some exposure through coursework or previous co-op to market study and engineering specifications for mechanical equipment is preferredRequired experience with MS-Word, MS-Excel, Outlook Experience with AS400/PRMS, MS-Access, Windchill, and Creo is helpful but not required.Experience working on teamsAbility to perform return on investment analysis from engineering projectsGood presentation skillsConceptual thinkerStrong analytical skills
