ABOUT THIS ROLE  
This Co-op will support the Product Management team for the Supra & Onity business at the Salem, OR location. This group focuses on technology solutions for the Hospitality and Real Estate market segments. 

Key Responsibilities Assist with the collection, analysis, and communication of customer requirements for product development including functional specifications, appearance, technology base, and cost goals for engineeringUnderstand and assist with plans to drive revenue growth, profit margins, and market expansionSupport surveys and report new industry trends, technologies, competitive analysis, and other relevant data within the applicable market segments (Onity & Supra)Create and provide oral presentations on market analysis, business opportunities, and product line strategySimultaneously support coordination of product developments and priorities with Sales and Engineering to support business growth goals  Support and provide input to Business Opportunity Proposals, Marketing Requirements Documents, and tollgate presentationsAssist with plans to manage the full product life cycle, developing input to the strategic roadmap for the product lineAssist the product management team with market segment revenue forecasts and financial calculations, including Payback, ROI, and NPVWork with the engineering and product teams using agile development methodologies, including drafting user stories, supporting sprint cycles, and general support for engineering development projects  Support the Sales team with training and strategy to ensure product sales match annual product revenue goals

Location: 1212 Pittsford-Victor Road, Pittsford, NY 14534 USA 

Pay range: The hourly base range for this position is $23.00/hr - $38.00/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.  

MINIMUM  QUALIFICATIONS:  

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Enineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field of studyMust graduate December 2025 or later Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship   Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)   Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
