Summer Internship Project Overview:
The intern will work towards the following:
Intern will be responsible for building a merchant pricing analysis to use statistical methods to sort through sales data, cleanse data of outliers (such as spot purchases) and build dashboards in Excel/Power BI that track price changes over time and impact of pricing actions.Benchmark Linde charges and surcharges with competition charges by using variety of qualitative and quantitative research.Assess competitive landscape.Identify key components of customer 360 program and create initial project framework.The position will be based at the Woodlands, TX site.

Excellent written and verbal communications skillsMust be a rising senior or in a graduate program, actively working towards adata science or analytics, statistics, mathematics, business, and finance degree.· Minimum GPA of 3.0.· Ability to demonstrate past leadership in school, internship, or sporting activities.· Hands-on experience through at least one, relevant, off-campus internship or co-op is preferred.Skills:
· Strong analytical skills. Advanced Excel knowledge.· Power BI knowledge preferable.About Linde:
