The Product Management Lead Analyst will be a resourceful professional responsible for assisting with the Regulatory Process within the Regulated Markets Division. Responsibilities include:
Daily surveillance and monitoring of laws impacting Express Scripts and our client’s pharmacy benefit.Identify functional areas within Express Scripts that are impacted by applicable laws.Collaboration with internal functional areas that are impacted by applicable laws.Ensuring feedback and documentation from impacted Business, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders is meaningful and supports that we have compliant solutions in place in response to guidance.

1-2 years relevant experiencePBM and/or Regulated Markets experience, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, or Healthcare Reform background preferred.Strong PC computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and WordExcellent communication and presentation skills [written and verbal]Must have a high level of organization and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, flexibility to cope with change, and ability to multitask across a variety of assignments.Self-starter, able to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.Maintain a high degree of professionalism in cross-functional relationships and interpersonal interactions.Understanding of the rule making process and ability to perform in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.* * * This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work in person three days per week. * * *
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 75,000 - 125,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
