Lead a team of Product Managers through the ideation, technical development, and launch of creator experiences and capabilities for Horizon spaces 2. Drive product development with a team of engineers, designers and cross-functional partners 3. Attract, build, manage, and develop a high-performing, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers 4. Establish shared vision across Reality Labs to scale creation and end-user capabilities 5. Incorporate data, research and market analysis to iterate fast 6. Understand Meta’s and Reality Labs’ strategic and competitive position relative to other Metaverse players and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry 7. Collaborate with other Horizon creation, engagement, economy, engine and runtime teams to deliver top-line growth for Horizon and Meta 8. Identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or focus areas and builds teams necessary to execute 9. Unblock teams through clear decision making in order to achieve Horizon goals **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. 10+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design or related areas 11. 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams 12. 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing teams 13.
