+ **About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management ManagerWells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Manager within the WIM Money Movement Product Team. This leader will be responsible for driving and building a product roadmap that maximizes value of the investment in alignment with organizational objectives while overseeing the delivery of that work. As part of this, you will be gathering customer and business insights, translating that data into opportunities, and leading the product team to deliver value. This includes working with cross-functional partners to ensure that revenue, customer satisfaction goals and other outcomes are defined, validated, and met in alignment with the business’s overall strategy and goals. **In this role, you will:**
+ Manage and develop a team of product management contributors
+ Engage stakeholders and partners associated with the function
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for product management for a less complex product or service
+ Strategize growth opportunities
+ Ensure programs adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies
+ Make decisions and resolve issues regarding overall business strategy to meet business objectives
+ Create business plans, develop business requirements, direct product design and implementation
+ Recommend product enhancements, support sales and marketing
+ Interpret and develop product enhancements recommending product pricing, distribution strategies, and performance measurements
+ Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers
+ Interact directly with vendors
+ Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
+ Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
+ **Required Qualifications,**
+ 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment with the focus on systems development; preferrable in the Product Owner/Manager role; Agile Product Owner related certification preferred
+ 5 years of experience working on asset/money movement products or programs related to system delivery of new asset/money movement features including ACH, checks, wires and transfers
+ Ensure that day to day work of the product team remain on schedule and manage overall risk and issue management with the product team.
+ University/College degree; masters or advanced degree desired
+ Previous experience working as part of an Agile Scrum team using tools like Jira, Jira Align and/or Confluence
+ Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives.
+ Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization.
+ Superior communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization and across business lines, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

+ Lead a team of Product Owners and Business Execution Consultants across 2 or more product teams
+ Manage product teams including execution by leading feature reviews in BRP, feature collaborations, and other leadership meetings; partner with technology and the product team to break down epics into features
+ Ensure Features are written according to established standards, including description, benefits, acceptance criteria, etc.
+ Manage Jira Align hygiene practices, including Pre and post Product Increment, orphans, and other mismatched clean-up activities.
+ Oversee communications for the product teams including bi-weekly product updates (demos) and release communications, including the benefits/value of the features being delivered.
+ Identify areas of opportunity in agile team maturity/agile process. Work with the team on these areas by actively participating in retrospectives.
+ Embrace and champion change to help improve our teams
+ Establish a process with the teams to ensure product documentation is updated as the team works through sprints, with a final/complete update as part of release closeout or hardening activity
+ Provide guidance and support the team with production issues. Cross train team members to ensure they have the knowledge and expertise to participate in support issues and can manage clean up.
+ Contribute to delivering best in-class experiences by maintaining partnerships and communicating with stakeholders through agile ceremonies
+ Train, coach, create objectives and complete annual review cycle activities for a team of Product Owners, Business Execution Consultants
+ Ensure that day to day work of the produce team remain on schedule and manage overall risk and issue management with the product team.
