Can you juggle multiple product management tasks and initiatives effectively? Are you truly client centric? We are looking for someone like you to:
• coordinate the on-boarding of open-ended alternative investment solutions (private equity, infrastructure, private debt, real estate and hedge funds) onto our platforms
• assist the distribution and investor relations teams with product launch preparations, including communication etc.
• oversee and streamline operational and infrastructure functions, including instrument coding, data quality, reporting, valuation reviews and document management
• support the team in managing product life-cycle activities, including corporate actions and capital calls
• manage suitability and cross-border distribution elements and implement them in advice platforms and regulatory systems
• work alongside internal teams and external associates including Fund Execution, Settlement, Clearstream Fund Centre, Capgemini, and Fund Providers
• handle on-the-spot queries and requests from sales team and advisors
• spot potential improvements in data management and processes, suggesting needed changes
• ensure all internal systems, including Quotes, are consistently updated with the latest factsheets, OM’s etc.
