The role will also potentially be transferred to Harrisburg, PA and Troy, MI. Your role in the Automotive Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by: • Support E-mobility Strategy and Execution initiatives with the Americas Product Management team • Engage in product improvement through both Go-To-Market and Margin focus • Work with Regional Product Managers to improve their business **What your background should look like:** **_Responsibilities_** At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll: • Create technical and commercial analysis of the Americas EV industry • Support daily product management activities contributing towards our 5 year strategic plan • Lead recommendations to improve our processes through digital and cross-functional means **_You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:_** • Have Received a High School Diploma or GED • Are currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a BA/BS or MA/MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Analytics from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history. Our rotational program typically places an engineer in the Winston Salem, NC for the first year and Harrisburg, PA the second year. Throughout the 2-year program, rotational engineers will be provided with: • Onboarding & Orientation • Professional Development Workshops • Networking Opportunities • Operations Experience • Executive Exposure **_Timeline_** TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for positions beginning June/July.
