Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Management or similar discipline with good academic recordsAt least 3 years of Business Analysis, System Analysis, Development or Testing or related roleExposure in functional requirements writing OR business/systems analysis OR business process design/consulting OR systems development OR systems testing a plus· Good analytical, logic and problem solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.Proven discipline to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced and multi-cultural environment· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Flexible work schedule; willing to travel Amenable to work on a 50% Hybrid setup· Amenable to work in BGC TaguigCommon accountabilities:
Provide subject matter expertise on [Navitaire NDC system]Provide ongoing assistance on Navitaire Development, Quality Assurance, Customer Support teamsHas working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline. Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations.
