Position Overview:
The Product\nManagement Specialist NPI will support the management and optimization\nof our product portfolio. This role involves analyzing product performance,\nunderstanding market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to\nensure that our products meet customer needs and business objectives.
Location:\nRichardson TX
Work Schedule: 3/2 hybrid after first 90-days with Honeywell
Ideal Candidate:
Basic understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and market research.Knowledge of market research and analysis techniquesFamiliarity with product development processesInsight into pricing strategies and performance-driven analysisKey Responsibilities:
Product Management: Assist in managing the product\nlifecycle from inception to retirement. Monitor product performance and\ncontribute to strategies for product enhancement and cost optimization.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify\ntrends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Gather and analyze customer\nfeedback to inform product development and improvements.
Portfolio Analysis: Support the analysis of the\nproduct portfolio to ensure alignment with company goals. Assist in the\nevaluation of product performance metrics and provide recommendations for\nadjustments.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with\nmarketing, sales, and development teams to ensure product strategies are\neffectively executed. Facilitate communication between departments to address\nproduct-related issues and opportunities.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and\nup-to-date product documentation. Prepare reports on product performance,\nmarket trends, and competitive analysis for internal stakeholders.
Customer Support: Provide support to customers and\ninternal teams regarding product information and issues. Assist in resolving\nproduct-related inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Must Haves:
0-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role. Internship experience in a similar field is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and people-oriented skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWe Value:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field.
