We are currently seeking a enthusiastic Associate Marketing Technology and Communications Technology Product Manager to join our team at Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTI). In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack, focusing on tools related to analytics, SEO, video production, and website creation. You will leverage marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and cybersecurity, you will deliver innovative solutions that enhance our brand presence. Your analytical skills will be key in interpreting data and providing actionable insights, while your understanding of digital marketing strategies will help drive impactful initiatives across our platforms.

Responsibilities:

Product Ownership: Take ownership of marketing & communications technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Tool Evaluation: Investigate and evaluate marketing technology tools, conducting thorough research and analysis to provide actionable recommendations.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between marketing teams, technical teams, and cybersecurity/network security teams, effectively communicating project requirements, updates, and feedback.

Project Management: Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation for marketing technology projects. Utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure timely completion.

Collaboration: Work closely with development and network teams to translate marketing requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless implementation while adhering to security protocols.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the marketing technology landscape, recommending and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing technology tools and website features, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

User Engagement: Proactively engage with users across the organization to identify pain points and facilitate brainstorming sessions for innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTI) seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team environment, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

3+ years of experience in product management for technology products, marketing and communications technology, or a related field preferred; however, other technology proficiencies will also be considered.

User-Focused: You dig deep to understand user needs and have experience conducting thorough research to understand user motivations and workflows, clearly communicating them using appropriate methods (e.g., user flows, personas).

Data-Driven: You leverage data to drive decisions in areas like design and prioritization.

Decisive: You can lead and manage projects with minimal oversight and make independent decisions, knowing when to seek guidance or additional feedback.

Detail-Oriented: You have experience documenting detailed requirements or design documents and are comfortable with end-to-end functional and technical reporting.

Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic environment, pivoting between analytical, strategic, and operational aspects of the job, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get any job done.

Driven and Action-Oriented: You have a strong bias for action, taking initiative to drive projects forward and ensuring high-quality standards in all deliverables.

Strong Interpersonal and Collaborative Skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of driving consensus among stakeholders and managing expectations.

Experienced with Agile Processes: You have worked in Agile environments and know how to break down key features into appropriate user stories, collaborating closely with engineers through the software development lifecycle.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing and communications technology tools, data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is preferred but not mandatory. While prior experience in MarTech and Communications Technology is not required, candidates should demonstrate strong technical skills and a willingness to learn.

Experience or Interest: Experience or interest in Marketing Automation platforms, Data analysis tools, Content Management Systems (CMS), Email marketing tools, as well as Digital marketing fundamentals, campaign management, and customer segmentation.

Organizational Skills: Must have experience in Product or Project management with strong organizational skills.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Product Management, Marketing, or Business Analytics related fields preferred.

Expected annual base salary range:

$95,000 - $160,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
