Product Manager, Audience Acquisition & Engagement
Sinclair Digital has a unique opportunity for a manager and leader to oversee audience growth through user registration and engagement across multiple acquisition channels, platforms, and interfaces of its substantial portfolio of media properties.    

Responsibilities: 

Work with a diverse team throughout Sinclair to drive user registration growth across its portfolio of media properties using agreed upon metrics and goals  Design, document, and manage ideal user flows and acquisition operations of the highest quality while including a privacy by design approach  Demonstrate consistent engagement with users through digital tools to grow page views and time-on-site as part of a wider business strategy  Leverage key tools for engagement to ensure best-in-class alerts, newsletters and prompts for users  Identify growth opportunities for acquisition and engagement that help the business continue to move forward and flourish

Additionally, Ideal candidates will be able to understand technical systems and how their implementation impacts user experience, possess a growth mindset and have: 

Proven track record of building audiences through a variety of digital platforms and methods, and various user engagement mechanisms, including user-registration flows leveraging prompts, popups, alerts and other mechanisms in the consumer facing UX/UI of sites and apps   Experience engaging with consumers through multiple channels after registration, through newsletters, push alerts and other digital communications  Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers, architects, designers, data partners, ad tech and a variety of other business and revenue stakeholders to execute and optimize operations to lead to user and audience growth   Understanding of first-party data resulting from user engagement and registration, plus privacy by design and general privacy compliance requirements  Deep technical and data analysis skills and experience with user acquisition tools and outputs, such as AirShip, Tableau, Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, Google, Okta and more 

 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.  5+ years of relevant experience   Advanced experience in digital acquisition and engagement tools  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and JIRA for everyday use  Analytical background with attention to detail and critical thinking  Able to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment  Self-motivated and ability to multitask in different projects simultaneously  Solutions-oriented and team player with strong written and verbal communication skills

Let’s talk.   The base salary compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000.  Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan
