Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute country commercial plans (strategy & business planning) in alignment with global & regional marketing strategy
Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development
Provide country level forecasts for demand planning & help address/manage supply interruptions with customers
Develop, localize and execute demand generation marketing programs, including marketing campaigns, customer education programs etc.
Create promotional tools to support value proposition & messaging and adapt to local needs
Develop & roll-out local launch plan & materials based upon global launch toolkits
Deliver key product training for internal & external stakeholders
Organize and manage local congresses / meetings
Support tender contract process by providing product-level details & specifications
Provide key customer insights & market trends incl. competitor intelligence to BU head, country leadership team and/or regional and global business unit from all relevant stakeholders
Strong collaboration with cross functional teams
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor`s degree required
+3 to 7 years work experience in product marketing/sales in medical devices or pharma
Strong analytical and decision-making skills using both qualitative and quantitative market data for developing strategic plan
Computer proficiency: MS-office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
