Role Overview
AWM Retail Product Manager is responsible for developing the overarching strategic direct for assigned brands and marketing strategy, leading, and overseeing the commercial deployment of brand/indication messages and tactics for key portfolio. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, market analysis, relationship management, and product expertise, with the primary goal of driving business growth.
Working with the Retail Senior Business Unit Manager, you will develop and implement an integrated marketing plan designed to drive demand, improve messaging, and engage the sales team to achieve overarching annual growth plans for your assigned portfolio. The role involves working closely external partners to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals, resonate with consumers, and effectively support retail partners.

At least 10 years’ experience in Brand/ Product Management. Candidates with experience in the Consumer Healthcare Segment or Consumer Packaged Goods Segment will be an advantageExperience in digital space – social media, e commerce, analytics is requiredA strong communicator with ability to work within a cross functional team environmentStrong communication and presentation skills.Experience of working in a fast-paced customer focused environmentAbility to present financial informationAbility to travel as needed for market visits, customer engagements, and team collaborationAbility to work with BUM, Distributor, Sales team.
