Sitting within the Wealth Management area of Equitable, Equitable Advisors is committed to making a difference in the lives of clients. Across the U.S., financial professionals operating under the Equitable Advisors brand engage with individual clients to build relationships focused on helping individuals achieve meaningful financial wellness.

In this role, you will join an exciting and growing team of dedicated professionals that focus on Equitable Advisors platform of investment products and advisory solutions. Responsibilities of the Product Manager include:

Responsible for the initial and ongoing due diligence of complex products including but not limited to alternative investments, structured products, and complex exchange traded productsManage relationships with our sponsor partners for assigned product lines Partner with other key stakeholders to attain the business goals and objectivesResolve conflicts and complex issues in a cross functional settingHandle multiple tasks, incentives or projectsLead the delivery of complex projects, which may consist of multiple, smaller projectsDevelop formal recommendations and presentations for senior management Motivate staff and ensure that proper management practices are adhered to by providing ongoing performance and career discussions, on‐time completion of relevant people processes, and fostering Diversity and InclusionSpeak with all levels of the organization, external vendors, and corporate partnersSeek to identify opportunities to increase sales of investments with Equitable Advisors retail channelAct as the subject matter expert with regards to assigned product lines while maintaining a strong understanding of all product offerings offered through the BD/RIACreate new training courses specific to certain product types and manage and update existing contentUnderstand and contribute to certain written supervisory procedures (WSPs)Support and contribute to various marketing projects and initiativesParticipate in the planning and execution of firm advisor conferencesCreate communications in relation to various products lines and initiativesAdditional ad-hoc projects as assigned by your leader

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

7 years of work experience related to the Product Manager responsibilities with knowledge of investment securities, alternative investments and/or other financial services productsSeries 7, Series 66 or (Series 63 and 65), Series 24 required or must obtain within 6 months of employmentMicrosoft office skills specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Intellectual curiosity and commitment to expanding knowledge of investment products and industryOrganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projectsExcellent communication presentation skills
