Product Manager, Checkout and Order Management

**Description**
Wild Fork is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Technology team supporting our eCommerce group. Reporting to the Head of Technology, they will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Checkout, Order Management, and Fulfilment experiences on our eCommerce platform.
The role will have an enormous opportunity to impact on the customer Pickup & Delivery experience, colleague in store experience, as well as the Cart and Checkout user experience to maximize conversion rates, reduce friction, and increase customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI design, engineering, analytics, and marketing, to build and launch features that make our checkout and order fulfilment experiences seamless, efficient, and delightful for our customers and colleagues.
Ideal candidates for this role have a strong technical Digital Product Management background, customer obsession, extensive background in optimizing user journeys, and experience with large scale checkout, payments, and order management technologies. They bring a good mix of experience with fulfillment technologies, product management skill set, and a roll-up your-sleeves, entrepreneurial approach.
This is an in-office role, Monday - Friday, based in Miami, FL.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and Own the Product Strategy: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the eCommerce checkout and order management experience. They will prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility
+ Lead Re-Platform of Order Management System: Serve as the subject matter expert and help lead the re-platform of our order management and online fulfillment products. They will ensure that the way we handle orders all the way through fulfillment generates a world class experience for our colleagues and customers
+ Drive Conversion Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the checkout funnel, reduce cart abandonment, and increase conversion rates through data analysis, customer feedback, and A/B testing
+ Enhance Payment & Security Experience: Work closely with payment providers, fraud prevention, and security teams to ensure a seamless and secure payment experience for our customers
+ Contribute to Weekly & Monthly business reviews, reporting on roadmap progress and product KPls, and managing expectations.
+ Own the product backlog including daily prioritization, grooming and unblocking the development team to work as efficiently as possible
+ Lead and manage direct report of business analyst to ensure objectives are met
+ Work closely with cross product, operations and technology deliver product briefs, train the team on new product features and capabilities, define good confidence release deliverables for any given release and participate in cross-pod activities.
+ Identify areas in our internal workflows and systems that can be optimized or automated in order to provide exceptional customer experience at scale; develop a strong understanding of processes and technology
+ Participate in internal product performance reviews to understand performance gap, develop action plans, and drive the execution of actions
**Qualifications**
+ 4+ years of digital product management experience, with a strong focus on eCommerce checkout, payments, order management, or related areas
+ Experience in user-facing industries such as eCommerce, technology, or multi-sided marketplaces required
+ Experience working with payment gateways, fraud prevention tools, and third-party checkout solutions is a plus
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus
+ At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience
+ Familiar and comfortable with product development in Agile and OKR methodologies, preferably with squad or tribe structures
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar
+ Strong quantitative reasoning, data-driven, and able to apply key metrics for decision-making. You look hard problems in the eye and enjoy the thrill of figuring out how to solve them
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
