About the role

 

 

 

An opportunity for a Product Manager has arisen within Coles 360. Coles 360 is a Retail Media Network, enabling brands to work with Coles' data and store network to promote their products.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join this business, at the cusp of growth. You’ll work cross-functionally and collaboratively with publishers, media agencies, and key stakeholders, and be at the forefront of the Coles 360 offer to market.

    What you’ll be doing

 

 

 

Reporting to the Senior Product and Platforms Manager, you’ll drive growth and innovation by executing product strategies, leading product discovery sessions, and managing the product development pipeline to enhance our retail media offerings.

 

Your products will be within the Off-site / Paid Media portfolio, which includes advertising solutions with digital partners like Google and Meta. You'll work with a diverse team to integrate audience data and the Coles brand into campaigns that run across social networks, streaming platforms, TV, and more.

 

To deliver outcomes you'll need to influence key stakeholders across Coles, and build strong relationships to help you navigate complex initatives.

 

 

 

You’ll also

 

 

 

•    Facilitate discovery sessions to generate new product ideas

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovations

•    Maintain and advance the product development pipeline

•    Utilise data analytics for decision-making

 

 

  About you and your skills

 

 

 

•    Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 3-5 years’ experience in product management or product ownership and can demonstrate roadmap development; from discovery to delivery. 

•    Previous experience in Performance Marketing is valuable (but not essential)

•    You bring a strategic mindset, exceptional influencing, and relationship building skills. 

•    You prioritise, get stuff done, and remove roadblocks along the way. 

 

 

  You’ll also have

 

 

 

•    Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align product strategies with business objectives

•    Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics

•    Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies 

•    Experience facilitating ideation workshops to generate new ideas.
