In this position…

We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee and enhance the digital presence of Ford From the Road (external owned channel) and @Ford (internal communications channel). This role is responsible for creating and executing a best-in-class UX strategy that ensures Ford’s storytelling is engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s vision. 

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the company’s primary internal and external communications channels, ensuring seamless and effective information flow across teams and to the relevant stakeholders. You will oversee the management and optimization of From the Road and @Ford.  

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Communications, IT, HR, marketing, and brand, you will gather requirements, prioritize feature development, and drive enhancements that improve user engagement and operational efficiency. You will analyze performance metrics, implement best practices, and stay ahead of industry trends to continuously refine communication strategies. Additionally, you will align these initiatives with business goals, ensuring transparency, consistency, and impact.
