Product Manager, Digital Product Management - Remote

To support this transformation, the Product Manager of Gift Registry will support the modernization and strategy, roadmap and delivery of a best in class Gift Registry experience. This role requires an omnichannel mindset and approach to product management so that we can leverage the investment in gift registry across the enterprise. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including eCommerce, Marketing, Customer Service, Stores & Technology, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the gift registry experience and drive customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing delivery through a scrum framework, leveraging agile ceremonies, measuring results, and constantly iterating on improving the ecommerce gift registry experience. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future of our eCommerce platform and contribute significantly to our online sales growth. 

Location: Remote with the ability to travel between 1x/quarter 

Primary Responsibilities: 

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our eCommerce Gift Registry, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.Drive the discovery and delivery of features and integrations that streamline registry onboarding and support list size..Partner effectively with key stakeholders across eCommerce, Marketing, Customer Service, Stores & Technology to gather requirements, build consensus, and ensure successful product development and launch.Work closely with management and the product team to define a compelling product, a path to market, and evangelize that vision within the team and across the company.Identify, evaluate and recommend external vendors to support vision and roadmap where appropriate and manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations and renewalsEstablish and conduct continual discovery cycles for the product that maximizes business value, industry trends and the full resources of the product team.  Execute “best in class” Technology product management methodology, continually bringing new methodologies and techniques to improve product quality and speed to market. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment, adhering to agile methodologies.Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering (e.g., A/B testing, user feedback analysis) to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.Lead and motivate a product team to constantly improve key performance indicatorsLead by example in all aspects of performance and development to encourage professional growth and associate satisfaction, fostering a supportive learning environment.Manage the product backlog and opportunity backlog to consistently innovate in ways that improve the businessPrioritize all defects associated with the product and/or that are impacting business partners with appropriate urgency and consideration of current backlog.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

Project management skills and the ability to research and coordinate information efficiently - Project Management Institute certification a plusStrong understanding of systems design, programming and analytics toolsPossess a complete understanding of industry trends, the competition, relevant technologies and emerging issues for retail, ecommerce, omnichannel and in store digital solutions. Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent organizational skills, detail-oriented Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skillsProficient with Google Platform (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Jira, Confluence and SmartsheetsExcellent oral and written communication skills (English)

Experience Required: 

3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on eCommerceExperience with A/B testing, partnering with user experience (UX) design & engineering, and conversion rate optimizationBachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience

Experience Preferred: 

Project Management Institute certification a plus

Minimum Starting Rate: $102,000.00 Annually

Up to: $135,000.00 Annually

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
