**Job Description**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Be a critical team member in implementation of GNC’s Order Management (OMS solution) ecosystems.
+ Will manage and be responsible for ongoing management of the OMS ecosystem
+ Manage and provide daily support of operational issues related to the OMS and ecosystems components i.e. storefront, fraud processing, tax processing, payment processing, order subscription processing
+ Provide first line of support to OMS ecosystem. Create and address JIRA tickets and GNC Service Desk tickets as they relate to OMS ecosytem issues
+ Use analytical skills, diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to isolate and identify problems, and determine and implement solutions.
+ Work closely with stakeholders to capture and deliver key functional requirements for enhancements and new features to the OMS ecosystem
+ Create and maintain documentation for OMS features and functions and support dissemination to key stakeholders
+ Assist other members of the eCommerce team in prioritizing work and evaluating the eCommerce roadmap with partners.
+ Learn and build cross-functional processes and communications with team members and vendors to support all aspects of the order life cycle
+ Additional duties as assigned
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Prior experience working with a $200MM annual + eCommerce environment. Experience with large commerce platform and third party supporting services
+ 2-3 years’ customer order management or customer support experience in a sales-driven, SaaS organization.
+ Experience supporting third party sales marketplaces i.e. Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.
+ Relentless determination as it relates to root cause analysis and working with cross-functional teams in determining solutions
+ Responsible for supervising multiple projects.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Ecommerce, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
+ Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
+ 5+ years progressive Ecommerce operations experience required
+ 2-3 years in a leadership role (direct or indirect)
+ Prior managerial/supervisory experience preferred
+ High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
+ Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
+ Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
+ Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
+ Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
+ Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
+ Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
+ Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
+ Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
+ Possess a mechanical aptitude; ability to use a large variety of hand tools and basic knowledge of power tools and forklifts.
+ Ability to work overtime as necessary
