SUMMARY OF POSITION:

 

As a member of the Marketing team for consumables (Clinic products), this role works closely with EDS / IPS Group product manager, sales team, local cross-functional teams, and regional marketing to develop and implement marketing plans to meet sales targets, gross margin targets, market share targets and P/L targets.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

마케팅 계획 전반적인 product managing (whole PLC managing)  마케팅 전력 수립 (시장조사, 경쟁사 분석, 가격책정, etc,) 및 실행 SALES, Global marketing, Global S&OP 팀과 협업을 통해 제품 forecasting 과 merchandizing 계획 수립 영업 Forecast 및 예산 업무: FCST vs 영업 매출 모니터링, 영업 성과 개선을 위한 장단기 계획 수립 제품별 프로모션 제안 및 실행, follow up. 해당 제품/비즈니스 P&L 마케팅 예산 운용 세미나, 전시회, EVENT 등 대외 고객행사 계획수립 및 실행 / KOL 개발 및 관리 비즈니스 관리를 위한 제안, 비즈니스 케이스, 론칭 계획, 영업 담당자 교육 및 제품 마케팅 관련 자료의 작성

 

비즈니스 지원 제품 specialist 역할자로서 담당 제품교육 (영업사원)과 제품 presentation 업무 가능 매니저에게 주기적인 영업 성과 제공하여 목표 대비 달성을 모니터링하고 개선영역을 확인 마케팅 예산과 함께 promotion, pricing에 필요한 재무 정보 지원 지속적인 팀워크가 이뤄지도록 다른 비즈니스 담당자들과 적극적으로 소통하여 서로의 마케팅 활동에 대해 공유하고 배워 최상의 마케팅 활동을 이루도록 노력 기타 부여된 직무

 

 

Marketing Planning

Overall product managing (whole PLC managing)
• Establishing and executing marketing strategy (market research, competitor analysis, pricing, etc.)
• Collaborate with SALES, Global marketing, and Global S&OP teams to establish product forecasting and merchandising plans
• Sales Forecast and Budget: FCST vs Sales Revenue Monitoring, Long- and Long-Term Planning to Improve Sales Performance
• Proposed and implemented promotion by product, follow up. Affected product/business P&L
• Marketing Budget Management
• Establishment and implementation of external customer event plans such as seminars, exhibitions, EVENT, etc. / Development and management of KOL
• Create suggestions, business cases, launch plans, sales representatives training, and product marketing materials for business management.

 

 

Business Support

• Provide periodic sales performance analyses to managers to monitor achievement against objectives and identify areas of improvement
• Support the financial information needed to manage products such as pricing, budgeting, and forecast
• To ensure continuous teamwork, we actively communicate with other department to share and learn about each other's marketing activities to achieve the best marketing activities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Determine, develop, and deliver required product knowledge for roles across business to ensure effective sales and operations. Provide in-field product training/coaching to both internal and external stakeholders, as required. Via self-directed learning, proactive and effective involvement in training and development, and market research, ensure ongoing currency of, product and market knowledge, sales skills, systems knowledge, and internal processes.  Ensure understanding and adhere to all compliance requirements.  Building and protecting Dentsply Sirona brand as a company with ‘unquestionable integrity’. 효과적인 영업 및 운영을 보장하기 위해 비즈니스 전반의 역할에 필요한 제품 지식을 결정, 개발 필요에 따라 내부 및 외부 이해 관계자 모두에게 현장 제품 교육/코칭 자기 주도적 학습, 교육 및 개발에 적극적이고 효과적인 참여, 제품 및 시장 지식, 영업 기술, 시스템 지식 및 내부 프로세스 확립 모든 규정 준수 요구 사항을 이해하고 준수하며 Dentsply Sirona 브랜드를 '의심할 여지없는 무결성'을 갖춘 기업으로 구축 및 보호

 

COMPETENCIES:

Accountability and good business manners Good in strategy establishment 3~5 years of experience as Sales Reps or Marketing (Product Manager or Specialists preferred) Experiences in key opinion leader development Experiences in medical devices or pharmaceutical industries Willing and able to travel at least 30% Fluent English preferred
