The candidate will take responsibility for the following key tasks:
Collect and analyze information in order to define strategy and product roadmap of eMotor and eAxleUnderstand NA market landscape and OEM insights to identify product gaps of eMotor and eAxle roadmapPerform quantitative market intelligence to determine market size/shares including identifying significant market trendsDevelop and improve analysis tools to create dashboards to demonstrate their capability and generate reports automaticallyPrepare in executive level/board presentation material incl. key findingsParticipate in strategy projects and supporting cross-functional teams working with business planning toolsQualifications3+ years in new product development defining product roadmaps and working closely with engineering in Automotive ApplicationsComfortable analyzing large data sets and explaining the results in a concise and clear mannerBachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering fieldEducational or working experience in Business fields preferredExperience in Electrification Domain preferredExperience in Cross-Domain Functions as Project Management and/or Product Development preferredAdditional InformationSponsorship: Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
