Internet Performance Monitoring & Observability solutions. This role involves collaborating with
engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product strategy, prioritize feature
development, and deliver industry-leading solutions for enterprise IT, cloud providers, and
telecom operators.
Key responsibilities include ensuring our global observability network, synthetic and real-user
monitoring tools, and advanced analytics capabilities meet customer requirements in network
performance, digital experience monitoring (DEM), and cloud observability.Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
● Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for internet performance monitoring
and observability solutions.
● Identify market trends, customer pain points, and competitive differentiators to shape
future product capabilities.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Product Development & Execution:
● Collaborate with engineering to develop and deliver innovative features for network
performance monitoring, including synthetic monitoring, real-user monitoring (RUM), and
cloud observability.
● Drive enhancements in global observability network deployments—including edge,
backbone, and cloud monitoring nodes.
● Ensure seamless integration with OpenTelemetry, passive monitoring, and third-party
network visibility tools.
Customer Engagement & Market Research:
● Engage with customers, partners, and industry analysts to gather feedback and identify
evolving needs in network observability and digital experience monitoring (DEM).
● Conduct market and competitive analysis.
● Develop use cases and value propositions that differentiate our solution in enterprise IT,
cloud networking, and ISP performance analytics.
Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement:
● Partner with marketing and sales teams to define messaging, positioning, and pricing
strategies.
● Support sales with product training, demos, and technical collateral.
● Present at industry events, conferences, and customer webinars.
Qualifications & Skills:
Essential Qualifications
● 8+ years experience in product management, focused on network observability, SaaS-
based monitoring solutions, or cloud networking.
● Proven grasp of internet performance monitoring, network telemetry, and cloud
observability.
● Experience in working with synthetic monitoring, RUM, packet capture, and flow-based
analytics.
● Familiarity with BGP monitoring, CDN performance, and cloud-native networking (AWS,Azure, GCP).
● Practical knowledge of APIs, OpenTelemetry, SNMP, eBPF, or NetFlow for network
visibility.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts
into business value.
Desirable Qualifications
● Background in ISP, telecom, enterprise IT, or cloud infrastructure.
● Experience with ThousandEyes, Kentik, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
● Understanding of 5G, SD-WAN, or SASE architectures.
● Knowledge of machine learning-based anomaly detection for network performance.
● MBA or technical degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
