What does a successful Product Manager in Loyalty do at Fiserv?

You will be joining a dynamic team, in a fast-paced environment, challenged daily with opportunities to introduce new initiatives, report out on current projects and solve client problems.

As a Product Manager in the Loyalty team, you will contribute to the product vision, cultivate and execute tactical plans, conduct analysis and execution, create business plans and manage multiple vendor relationships to drive profitability and penetration results.

You will participate in P&L management, learning from the Directors, on how to address revenue and expense drivers to meet established goals. You will gather and prioritize product requirements, market details, industry trends, and customer requirements to define product enhancements and new solutions to increase cardholder stickiness and grow client revenue resulting in stronger Fiserv relationships and therefore revenue.

Every day will bring new challenges and exciting opportunities to develop plans, execute tactical initiatives and participate in future planning.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 5 years’ product experienceProficiency with key online tools: excel, powerpoint, word, outlook

What would be great to have:

Experience in the Cards / Payments industryStrong analytical skills to isolate diverse problems, providing reasonable recommendationsAbility to work efficiently and productively without direction or guidanceAbility to communicate both verbally and in writing with a high level of confidence
