Product Manager, Membership Mobility Benefits

The Uber One team is looking for a strategic yet scrappy product manager who will build new products to accelerate the trajectory of membership globally in a matter of months, not years. Our goal is to make interacting with your city, and using all of Uber's services, as convenient and valuable as possible. As a Benefits PM for Uber One, you'll be crucial in designing new features that our members value and love! You'll need to combine creativity, research, data-driven insights, and operational excellence to create experiences that make Uber One engaging and valuable for our global member base. Using hyperfocused understanding of how our consumers interact with Uber, you'll then design and create benefits consumers both want and need. You'll need to partner closely with Uber's cross-functional teams to integrate membership into the core experiences, making the value of Uber One clear and undeniable. If you're passionate about designing and implementing features with a compelling UX that engages members, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact at Uber. **What the Candidate Will Do:** + Building and refining the Uber One member experience that captures new users and drives engagement + Enhancing user engagement for our members by creating a fun, motivating benefits that show value across Uber and nudge members to explore & try more. + You will define, own, and execute the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional counterparts (Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and more). + Partnering with a dedicated team of engineers to communicate product requirements, oversee feature builds, and ensure timely releases. + Working with other teams, like core product, user research and design, to develop product specifications that enhance our membership program. + Running experiments and monitoring the performance of new features to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for iteration. **Basic Qualifications:** + **Product Experience:** 3+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished. + **Strategic:** You can craft a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy, and quarterly roadmap that your team and the business rallies behind. + **Business-minded** : You are passionate about building businesses, not features. You not only own the user metrics but also own and optimize business performance metrics. + **Analytical depth:** you're experienced in running complex experiments and can deftly dive into data and analysis + **UX oriented:** You think creatively about how to make features and experiences engaging and fun for users in a memorable way. + **Research driven:** You continuously gather research and insights as to what our consumers need to drive deeper engagement across the Uber platform. You find a way to get the insights and data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. + **Technical chops:** you have collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built, and are comfortable discussing requirement and scope tradeoffs. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous Subscription experience launching products across global markets. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$161,000 per year - USD$179,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$161,000 per year - USD$179,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
