NPI Product Manager
\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NPI Product Manager to join our team in Plymouth, MN or Minneapolis, MN. As an NPI Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the introduction of new hardware, data, and software offerings in atmospheric sensing for defense and commercial applications. You will play a crucial role in managing the successful introduction of new products into the market. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive product development initiatives, and ensure seamless execution from concept to launch. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.

\n\n6+ years in product management, offering management, or related roles, with a focus on new product introductions (NPI)\nStrong understanding of NPI processes, methodologies, and best practices\nProven track record of successfully launching new products or services to market, especially in highly technical, regulated environments\nStrong project management skills, market analysis, strategic planning, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels\nAbility to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nNew Product Strategy and Planning
\n\nDevelop and execute the strategy for new product introductions, aligned with the company's overall business objectives and market needs.\nConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and define product requirements.\nCollaborate with R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop comprehensive product roadmaps and timelines.\n\nProject Management and Execution
\n\nLead cross-functional teams throughout the NPI process, ensuring alignment on project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to support successful product launches.\nMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.\n\nGo-to-Market Strategy and Commercialization
\n\nPartner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns for new products.\nPlan and coordinate product launch activities, including sales training, customer education, and market communications.\nMonitor market reception and customer feedback post-launch to optimize product positioning and messaging.\n\nStakeholder Management and Communication
\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers regarding NPI initiatives.\nCommunicate project status updates, key milestones, and performance metrics to senior management and executive leadership.\nFoster strong relationships across departments to drive collaboration and alignment on strategic initiatives.\n\nContinuous Improvement and Analysis
\n\nConduct post-launch reviews and analysis to evaluate the success of NPI projects against established KPIs and objectives.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements, product enhancements, and cost optimization to drive continuous innovation.\nStay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities related to new product introductions.\nU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

\nPay Range for Roles in Specific Location:
\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $123,000-$154,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
\nFor Salaried w/Incentive Plan (MIP, SIP, etc): This position is incentive plan eligible.
