Job Description
Product Manager, Oncology & Cell Therapy
Holborn, 3 days a week on site

Kite, a Gilead Company, is a biopharmaceutical company that is engaged in the development of innovative cancer immunotherapies. The company is focused on chimeric antigen receptor and T cell receptor engineered cell therapies.
In the UK affiliate, Gilead Oncology and Kite have combined into the One Oncology Business Unit, dedicated to bringing more life to people with cancer. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a developing marketer to join the team working across both Cell Therapy and Oncology. The role is based in Holborn, London and reports into the Marketing Director.
The successful candidate will lead across projects in the tactical plans for the One Oncology brands and will be a key contributor to the strategic and tactical planning processes. The candidate should be able to demonstrate capabilities in robust marketing planning, excellent delivery of omnichannel marketing campaigns, and strong cross-functional working.
Specific Job Requirements:
Demonstrate excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects and priorities, including close working with agenciesLeverage primary and secondary market research and analytics critical to directing brand strategies and optimising marketing tacticsDevelop and implement promotional omnichannel campaigns for our portfolio within agreed timelines and budgetIs able to problem solve and prioritise in circumstances of continued complex and conflicting requirementsDevelop effective working relationships with expert oncologists, haematologists and other key stakeholders to seek insights and develop advocacy within the UK & Ireland marketEnsures that all marketing activities are compliant with Gilead SOP and ABPI/IPHA Codes of Practice.Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Experience of developing and executing omnichannel brand communications – preferably in secondary care marketsExperienced in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities within budgets and timelinesDemonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of marketing materials is requiredExperienced in successfully developing external relationships leading to brand advocacyStrong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead, interact with, resolve conflict and drive consensus among diverse, cross-functional colleaguesOrganisational skill, including ability to follow assignments through to completionExcellent communications skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing are required.Knowledge and experience of working in the UK and Ireland pharmaceutical markets is requiredEducated to degree level or equivalentExperience in oncology or Cell Therapy is desirable]Gilead core valuesIntegrity (always doing the right thing),
