The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team is looking for a Product Manager who will lead product improvements and new product implementations to enhance the efficiency of our S&OP planning and execution processes, which are core to Amazon's supply chain operations.

Key job responsibilities
The Product Manager will take ownership of resolving challenges in S&OP planning and execution processes. They will be responsible for developing solutions through both existing product modifications and new product implementations, working closely with respective product owners to achieve effective problem resolution.
プロダクトマネージャーは、S&OPの計画作成・実行プロセスに係る課題に対し、既存プロダクトの改修・新規プロダクトの導入などの改善策を検討し、それぞれのプロダクトオーナーと協業し課題解決を行うことに責任を持ちます。
・Define issues in existing business processes, analyze factors and lead improvements
・Implement system design and project management for introduction of new services while achieving compatibility with existing processes and systems.
・Collect data from in-house systems/tools, create metrics, and determine actions to measure and improve business performance.
・Lead multiple projects simultaneously and progressively with ownership in an environment where a sense of speed is required.
・Prepare business documents (English/Japanese) and share and approve issues and ideas with relevant stakeholders
*Since communication with members in charge of operations is also necessary, there are many opportunities to meet sentences and emails written in Japanese. There are also many opportunities for conversation in Japanese.
*This does not mean that all the above is left to one person. We plan to ask you to take charge of the work according to your experience so far and necessary considerations.
・既存の業務プロセスの課題を定義、要因を分析し改善をリードする
・既存プロセス、システムとの親和性を図りながら新規サービス導入に向けたシステム設計、導入を推進する。
・社内システム/ツールからデータを収集し、メトリックスを作成、ビジネスパフォーマンスの計測と改善に向けたアクションを決定する。
・スピード感が求められる環境下において複数プロジェクトをオーナーシップをもって同時進行的にリードする。
・ビジネス文書（英語/日本語）を作成し、関連するステークホルダーに対して課題やアイデアの共有や承認を取り付ける
※英語で書かれた文書やメールに触れる機会は多いです。英語で会話する機会も多いです。
