Product Management and Development is responsible for researching, developing, and launching new products for the company. Responds to company initiatives by driving new products to meet customer needs.
Job Summary
The Product Manager, Product Management & Development develops product marketing strategies and manages product development to differentiate Cardinal Health’s products and to grow revenue, market share, and customer awareness. In line with the broader commercial strategy and the Marketing strategy set by the Director, the Product Manager manages the research, business cases, development, and launches of products in a portfolio. This job works with a large degree of independence.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience preferred
Proven experience in product management, operations management, or a related field.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process improvement methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
