Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Product Manager of retail technology POS Solution for one of North America's largest athleisure wear companies. This Product Manager will lead the development and enhancments of their Point-of Sale (POS) solution powered by Oracle. You will define and drive the product roadmap for Oracle-based POS solutions, aligning with the overall retail technology strategy. This role is central to delivering seamless and efficient transaction experiences in our retail operations. As the Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and retail operations, to gather requirements, and ensure our POS systems meet business objectives and exceed user expectations. You will also translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Skills and Requirements 5+ years working as a Product Manager directly related to POS systems 2+ years experince as a Product Manager in checkout, ecommerce, and checkout spaces Experince utilizing Jira and Confluence Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and integrate insights to continuously improve the POS experience for store associates and customers. Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and lead efforts to enhance system reliability, speed, and usability.
