Your opportunity
TraceLink is seeking a full-time Product Manager to focus on expanding our multienterprise applications that enable supply chain parties to engage each other in various processes across the supply change leveraging the power of the Tracelink’s state of the art Opus platform and customer network. Product Managers are responsible for working with cross-functional teams and customers, managing products from cradle to grave, justifying new product development investments, determining and documenting new product requirements, and facilitating product rollout. If you’re self-motivated, intellectually curious and motivated by designing and developing innovative products for global organizations, you could be a good fit for our team. Candidate will work in our Pune office with a flexible, in office work schedule.What will you be doing?
This position is responsible for…Serve as the voice of the customer (internal and external) for the productGather requirements from internal and external stakeholdersCreate and document product requirements and use casesDefine product features and functions, and work closely with User Experience team on personae definition and product UI designsPresent innovative product ideas and user interface designs to customers to garner feedbackConduct design reviews of use cases and user interface designs with Development, QA, Architecture, Professional Services and other internal stakeholdersWork closely with architects to understand system tradeoffs for various approachesFacilitate discussions around design and implementation approaches to ensure the best approach is selected, meets the requirements and aligns with company direction and timelinesWork with scrum team to author, groom and prioritize user stories for product features and functionsParticipate in scheduling, coordinating and planning product development releases with Development and QAWork closely with Development, QA and Architecture to resolve issues throughout the development lifecycleParticipate in bug triage and prioritizationReview and accept features upon completion of development and testingSupport and adhere to the release processProvide status updates on the Product Release effortsServe as product expert; provide secondary support to Sales and Professional ServicesWork with Marketing to contribute to creation of marketing materials and messagingProvide demos, presentations, support analyst briefingsPerform competitive analysisUp to 10% travel requiredIn this role you will…Partner with decision-makers and stakeholders to deliver success and help our customers achieve the desired business valuePartner with internal teams (Product Management, User Experience, Technical Communications, Services, Support, Engineering, Architecture) to ensure coordination and alignment leveraging all necessary parties to ensure our successDrive engagement and/or strategy, leveraging our internal partners to build a roadmap tailored to the business priorities, accelerating their time to valueProactively make recommendations that provide a direct P&L impact, and enhance or expand the customer’s ability to reach beyond their business goalsApply TraceLink product, business process, methodology & ecosystem knowledge to drive effective programsProactively build and expand business relationships that enable better product quality, time to delivery and customer satisfactionWhat we’re looking for
Basic Qualifications:6+ years of experience as a product manager3+ years of experience working with US-based software company with cloud-based applicationsSupply Chain knowledge – Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CPO), Wholesaler/Distributor, 3rdParty Logistics (3PL), Pharmaceutical Dispensers (retail/hospital)Leadership Attributes:
