We are now looking for Product Manager, Supply Operations
Come aboard KONE IT and join a dynamic Supply Chain Solutions team, which is the heart of the business, reshaping urban mobility through cutting-edge solutions and technologies.
As the Product Manager, Supply Operations, you will be the driving force behind a portfolio of IT products that support and enhance KONE's Supply Operations including Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Line Order Management and Material Logistics together with Procurement and Supplier Integrations. Leading a dedicated global team of IT Product Owners and technical experts, you will ensure our solutions meet stakeholder needs and deliver significant business value. You are member of Supply Chain Leadership Team.
This position will be based in Espoo, Finland and you will report to the Head of IT, Supply Chain.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage product vision and roadmaps, ensuring they deliver value to stakeholders together with Business and Process ownersYou continuously seek synergies between multiple products and their teams to optimize the outcomes and efficiencies: product value propositions, business engagement, product operations, resource planning, supplier collaborationGuide and coach product owners and teams for effective planning and execution (agile way of working) Oversee product lifecycle costs, aligning with business cases and budgetsRemove obstacles, ensuring necessary tools and systems are in placeOptimize synergies across products and teams for enhanced value and efficiencyAlign product operations with KONE strategy, ensuring compliance and business continuityFoster collaboration and transparency across teams, focusing on business engagement and qualityEngage with stakeholders to facilitate planning and execution, promoting a collaborative environmentEnsure a positive employee experience, emphasizing transparency, clarity, and learningopportunities
Skills & experience we`re looking for:
Over 10 years of IT experience with expertise across various roles and technologiesStrong understanding of Supply Chain end-to-end processes in a global environment5+ years of Product Management experience with SAP modules (SD, PS, MM), 1PLAN Demand Planner, o9 order orchestration, SPOO (Supply Planning & Order Orchestration), Databricks, SAP S/4 HANA, and additional tools (KEO, POC&GR, SPD, KSMP, SupplierWeb, EDI, Epil)Extensive experience and proven success in defining and implementing product vision and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders for ERP systems and related products within the Supply Chain end-to-end process. Skilled at operating in global environments, driving alignment, and delivering impactful results across interconnected systems.Extensive project management experience, including leading large-scale, cross-functional IT projects in global environments, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budgetStrong knowledge of Supply Operations: Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Line Order Management, Material Logistics, procurement, supplier integrations, incident management, and root cause analysisProven track record in business strategy, execution, and delivering value-driven outcomesSkilled in agile, DevOps, and value-driven prioritization and execution (5+ years)Experienced in team leadership, coaching, and ensuring teams have the necessary tools, capabilities, and systems for successAccountable for product lifecycle costs, supplier selection, governance, and performance management, ensuring alignment with IT operations strategy and business goalsDrives collaboration, transparency, and IT-wide improvements across teams, engaging actively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and executionExceptional presentation and communication skills, able to engage IT and business leadersIf you have any questions regarding the role, please be in touch with Mari Kursukangas, Head of IT, Supply Chain.
